This is the first Thai place where the Pad Thai was perfect! The flavor was there and it wasn’t too heavy of a meal. I personally had the Crispy Garlic Chicken entree and that was so good too. The rice provided was even portioned correctly! I also had one of their cocktails, the U-Babe, and it was perfectly concocted! Tan, the manager of this restaurant also served us and he was so wonderful. I will definitely come back for more.

We found this place unexpectedly and it exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! We had Annie as our server and she did a great job assisting our orders. Highly recommend ordering the chicken Pad Thai, curry pineapple fried rice and the Tom kha soup. The soup was made so well with a perfect consistency and amount of coconut milk. Amazing view too! Must try

This was my 1st time at Lotus on the Beach. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and the Lemongrass Chicken. Both meats were of high quality and the sauces on each were really flavorful! The chicken was moist and the beef was tender. I also ordered Jasmine Green tea which I normally would not mention but theirs was the best I've ever had. The jasmine was very prominent but in a soft way. The atmosphere has a relaxed vibe and the restaurant is clean. I appreciated that the music was truly in the background and did not interfere with table conversations. This is my new favorite place.

The food was delicious. The service was great. Great location on Alki. My favorite was the garlic fried tofu. They did not skimp on the garlic. And then the broth for the soup was very good. Good amount of food proportion as well.
